It comes in the form of dark red flakes surrounded by seeds.Its capsaicin content is quite high, in the order of 0.226%. In other words, it belongs to the category of very spicy peppers. Its classification according to the Scoville scale: 35,000-40,000. It is generally used to spice up various preparations, such as pasta sauces, rice, pizza, etc. It is found in many spice blends, including steak.
