Our products are only available through our online store and at our Magog store.

The blends offered to the public are gluten-free, as we don’t use any fillers (flour) in our recipes. On the other hand, for the industrial side, we produce customized recipes that may include gluten. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that there has been no contact, even if we comply with the strictest cleaning and allergen management procedures.

In our production plant, the allergens present are:

  • Mustard
  • Sesame
  • Wheat – gluten
  • Soybean
  • Sulfites
  • Milk
  • Celery (Europe)
  • Coconut (US)

Please note that these allergens are present only when mentioned. Otherwise, we follow an industry-leading cleaning and allergen control protocol according to the highest industry standards.

A 1 liter jar is available at the Magog shop. If you wish to have it delivered, you must contact us by telephone at 819-868-0796 to place your order and make payment. Delivery charges are not those shown on the site, as the Litre format is heavier and therefore more expensive. We will inform you of the cost of delivery before proceeding with payment.

For best preservation, spices should be stored away from light and humidity. Ideally, they should be stored in a place sheltered from temperature variations.

On average, spices are good for one year. Our blends and spices contain no chemicals, so some hardening may occur, but this does not alter the taste. After that, they can be used for at least another year, but the flavors will be a little less concentrated, after which it’s advisable to renew your inventory.
