Delivery policy

Delivery is free for all orders of $75.00 or more in Quebec and Ontario. In other provinces as well as Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories, shipping costs will be charged at checkout.

Shipping costs attributable to these regions will be charged at checkout. The same goes for any order coming from the United States, Europe and elsewhere in the world. Administration fees may be charged for orders from outside Canada: forms to complete, travel, etc.

Delay of treatment

Orders are processed either the same day they are received or the next day, with the exception of public holidays and Saturdays and Sundays.
In the event of incomplete information provided by the buyer, the processing time may extend, depending on the corrections made by the buyer.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post or Dicom. A tracking number is sent to the buyer the same day of shipment. Delivery time may vary from three (3) to ten (10) business days in Canadian provinces. To the United States, delivery time can be up to 15 business days. Elsewhere in the world, the seller cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time, especially if the package is shipped by sea.

Delivery to the United States and Internationally

The seller is not responsible for a delay caused by customs authorities (detained package) or for mechanical or other breakdowns suffered by the carrier en route. As far as possible, the seller will inform the buyer of the cause of said delay and the measures to be taken, if necessary.

In principle, food products are not taxed or subject to customs duties, but if this is the case, these will be borne by the buyer. Buyer’s Responsibility

Damaged packages

The seller undertakes to package its products securely to avoid any breakage or damage en route. However, it may happen that a breakage occurs during delivery due to negligence on the part of the carrier or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, the buyer must provide, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the package, physical proof (photo) of the condition in which it was received.

This proof will subsequently be sent to the carrier for possible compensation, if applicable. If the fault lies with the carrier, the seller will ensure that full compensation is obtained from the carrier. However, the seller cannot guarantee the processing time of said request. If the carrier judges and proves that the package was damaged due to deficient or insufficient packaging, the seller undertakes to fully reimburse the buyer.
